Collector-grade merchandise deserves careful handling.

Special Box Drops prepares orders with attention to the product, its original packaging and any collector packaging or accessories included in the listing.

Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing and estimated delivery timing can vary by item, destination, carrier and order volume. Any item-specific timing disclosed on the product page takes precedence.

Packaging

We use protective shipping materials appropriate to the merchandise. Special boxes, shoe boxes, presentation packaging and collectible packaging are treated as part of the purchase when the listing states they are included.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information is provided through the order notification process. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier after acceptance.

High-Value Orders

High-value or scarce merchandise may receive additional packaging, insurance, signature or delivery controls when appropriate. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.

If a shipment arrives with visible transit damage, retain the item, shipping carton and packing materials and contact Special Box Drops promptly with photographs.
