Shipping policy

All return shipments must be enclosed in a cardboard protective box.   If the special box is fragile, the customer must return in a box that prevents contents from damage during shipment.  It is highly recommended that the customer review shipping with Special Box Drops prior to shipping fragile materials.  See website for instructions on proper packing methods for shipments.
